CANCELLATION & CHANGE FEES:
Cancellations: There will be a $100 cancellation fee per booking, and per vendor for any reservations canceled after the initial deposit has been made. This fee is in addition to whatever cancellation fees the cruise line or tour company may charge. It is very important to emphasize that the only way that we get compensated for our time, expertise and experience of offering professional services to you is through the suppliers once you return from your trip. If you go on your trip they pay us, you do not. However, if you cancel your plans for any reason prior to your trip then we receive absolutely no compensation for all the services we have provided you with from the vendors. This cancellation fee at least helps as a small contribution towards the professional services we have provided you with.
Changes: Any changes made to a booking after the deposit has been made will incur a $35 change fee per change.
Both fees are in addition to whatever cancellation or change fees that may be imposed by the cruise line or tour company. The credit card that was used to initially book the travel will be automatically charged once the change or cancellation has been made.
AIRLINE TICKET FEES:
Issuing a domestic ticket: $50 per ticket
Issuing an international ticket: $100 per ticket
Canceling a ticket: $50 agency fee per ticket plus any fees associated with the airline.
Making a change to a ticket: $50 agency fee per ticket plus any fees associated with the airline.
Refunding a ticket: $50 agency fee per ticket plus any fees associated with the airline.
Any inquiries will require a research fee starting at $100. This fee will increase on more complicated and detailed requests. A credit card must be on file and will be processed before this research is initiated.
